Simmons Jewelers, located on Park Avenue in the heart of Winter Park, Florida, was founded in 1953 by Bob Simmons. Mr. Simmons Sr. graduated from Southern Watchmaking School in 1949 and then apprenticed for four years in Birmingham, Alabama before moving to Florida to open Simmons Jewelers.
The Simmons tradition of providing exceptional products and service at a reasonable price is now being carried on by the second generation owner, Bob Simmons Jr.
Bob Sr. still comes to the store every day to work on the watches. As one of very few watchmakers in our country, and with more than 50 years experience, he is a master in his trade. His faithful followers can attest to his knowledge and skill! One of his specialties is working on Rolex watches, using genuine parts. Our customers feel safe leaving their Rolex watches with us knowing that the service is performed by Bob Sr. on the premises. Many items, like diamond bezels and dials, can be fitted within an hour, or while you wait.
As the owner, Bob Simmons Jr., along with his skilled staff makes customer satisfaction a highest priority. Bob Jr. can frequently be found at his bench repairing jewelry, setting diamonds, and creating custom jewelry, designed to the customer's specifications. Appraisals are also done on the premises by our Certified GIA Appraiser.
As a full-service jewelry store, Simmons Jewelers carries new jewelry and watches, as well as estate jewelry. Consignments are welcomed.

15-Day Return Policy
Our 15-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That’s why you can be sure you made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 15 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an ex-change. It’s that simple.
Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Simmons Jewelers), or dam-aged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Simmons Jewelers return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
To return a jewelry or watch order that falls within our standard 30-day policy, send your item back for inspection. A Master Certified Watchmaker or Graduate Gemologist rigor-ously inspects jewelry and watch returns, which are subject to stringent guidelines. Sim-mons Jewelers accepts only new, unworn, and non-altered items (including sizing) for re-turn and refund , according to Simmons Jewelers’ Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition policy.
Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition Policy
A Master Certified Watchmaker or Graduate Gemologist rigorously inspects jewelry and watch returns, which are subject to the following guidelines:
1. Excellent: (100% Refund minus $10 inspection fee and shipping)
• Falls within the SimmonsJewelers.com 15-day return policy.
• Pristine showcase condition. Looks new, unworn, and needs no refurbishing.
• Arrives in undamaged original box or case.
• Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories.
• Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
• No evidence of sizing, service, alteration, wear or blemish of any kind.
• Any attached Mylar tags are unbroken.
2. Good: (40% to 80% Refund)
• Falls within the SimmonsJewelers.com 15-day return policy.
• Restorable to “like-new” condition.
• Arrives in undamaged original box or case.
• Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories.
• Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
• Sizing, service, alteration, wear or blemish of any kind that we cannot refurbish.
• Any attached Mylar tags are unbroken.
3. Fair: (0% to 40% Refund)
• Falls within or outside the SimmonsJewelers.com 15-day return policy.
• Non-refurbishable cosmetic defects (e.g. scratched or rubbed off gold plating or special finishes and scratched/ripped bands of leather or rubber).
• Missing or damaged original box.
• Missing any parts, links or accessories (subject to evaluation for each).
• Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
• Significant wear or damaged but repairable watch movement.
4. Poor: (NO Refund)
• Falls outside the SimmonsJewelers.com 15-day return policy.
• Items do not match the original serial number or SKU number.
• Mechanical damage that is non-repairable or significant cosmetic damage.
• Wear, blemish or cosmetic damage or damaged watch movement due to inap-propriate wear or use.
• Missing original box or case.
• Missing significant parts, links, or accessories.
• Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals and tags.
How To Prepare A Return
To return your purchase to Simmons Jewelers.com, follow our three step process:
1. Your Return Authorization Code. Call 407-644-3829 or e-mail Simmons Jewelers at simmonsjewelers@earthlink.net and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice and place it inside the box. Also include the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package.
2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost.
3. Insure your package.
• You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.
